hahas...inconsistency in my updates...i'm back again...!

interestin day i had...todae's lessons seemed like a breeZe...might be because i m listenin to wat the lecturers are sayin n tryin to understan them...mayb except for G.poi class...cos i was explorin the more artistic side of mi...hahahs...

this poem took mi a long time to pen down...its adapted from a 11 epi Jap drama ' 1 Litre of Tears'...its based on a true story of a 15 year old girl, Kito Aya, who was diagnosed with a disease called Spinocerebellar Degeneration...an uncurable disease which affects the nerves and gradually stops all physical actions of the body...she eventualy died when she was 25 years of age...

she kept a diary of her experiences and it was puiblished as a book named '1 litre of tears'. this book had reached out to many people out there and has deeply touched them, urging them to understand the meaning of life...quoting from her, 'Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing.'

after watchin this drama, i decided to write a poem and dedicate it to Kito Aya, who battled with her disease till the very end of her life...never giving up...

today...we mourn the death of Steve Irwin...the best biologist, zoologist and renowned animal show's host...the greatest and the most famous in our time...

he passed away doing the what he does best...and under a fatal strike straight to his heart by a stingray...he had risked it all in his whole life to bring us the most natural and realistic side of animal's instincts...he has thus passed on the knowledge of the wild animals, the most exotic ones and also the most dangerous creatures ever to roam the planet...

a person whom shall be respected and remembered by us...for he has left us memories of him battling crocs, snakes and many other creatures...

he will always be remembered as the BEST CROCODILE HUNTER...

well...jus finished 2 bks i borrowed fr the lib...both were damn nice...a long long time since i had the luck of borrowin 2 bks and both turned out to be fantastic read....titles are "Crippen : A Novel of Murder" and "Cell"

Cell din turn out to be as nice as Crippen but its very hookin nonetheless...its written by none other den Stephen King himself...fruitful plot and far fEtched storyline...whahas...kinda sci fict for tis book...the Cell here refers to handphones...not jail or anytin of that sort...BUT...the only turn off point is...THE BOOK GOT NO ENDIN...!!!n its not like it got a sequel..>.<...haiz...gotta go imagine the endin urself...boooo...

Crippen...the better bk of the 2...story revolves ard a docter wannabe who is kinda cold blooded...well...he actually enjoyed cuttin up any thing...fr a piece of chicken chop to a whole cow itself...hahas...pls dun get the wrong idea...the bk aint jus bout cuttin ppl...skillfully, the author, John Boyne(one of my fav)instilled a peculiar love story between all the gory scenes...n the twist in the story is remarkable...u NEVER get to guess hu's the murderer till the very end...i was totally glued to tis bk on sundae...jus cant take my eyes off it the whole day...hhaas...

tts the reviews of the 2 books...let me share a little fact bout novels...fiction never stray too far from love...be it parental's love, owner's love, lover's love and many other types of love...its smt that canot be measured and yet it has such immense persuasion power in novels...
