Love is like a ghost. Many Believe it but not many has seen it...

Job n school secured! 12 July marks the start of my workin life and
also the end of world cup.

A fresh start and I intend to put all efforts into these. For the
first time in my life, I'm on my own. Hope to carve a niche for
myself. This is for real. No more going with the flow.

The city that never slps... It's always clearer when u see things on
the outside and that's exactly what the lion city looks like from the
sea. It's back light scattering the black velvet waters... So
Comforting at times...

In a few weeks time I will depart fr SPF and become an integral (or
so I hope) part of the working class of this bustling city. So much to
look forward to!

Wooots! Caught in the middle of raffles place lunch rush hour.
EVeryone zoomin past purposefully. Hectic yet says it all bout
singapore's bloomin economy.

All the talk about flyin to other countries to see the world but I
realized that I hven really seen everything bout my own motherland.
Perhaps it's time to explore Singapore.

Every streets and corners have their own stories and i tink it's
really interesting. Bout time to get to know Singapore, havin lived
here all my life.

Wat a mornin to start off the week... Rainin cats and dogs. And me
makin my way to base for p1 duty. Hopefully the sea out dere ain't too
rough..

The rain brings out one of the most basic mammalistic instincts a
human has. U see dozens of parents protecting their children,
shielding them from the rain under the umbrellas. It's natural that
the offsprings are protected by their parents. I do hope that the
young will appreciate what their parents did for them cos for me, I
hav reached the stage where I gotta take care of myself.

Time never looks back. Look forward and learn to be appreciative of
the people who care for u...!

We will be marching into the dusk of this decade in a few hours time
and Im prob gona welcome 2010 with a very very drained body.
Nonetheless I'm still Gona make sure tauhuay and I have a great time
tonight.

Lots to look forward to in the new year. World cup, my ord, my sister
wedding and my future. I prob had a very crazy 2009 and I know that I
prob can't live another year like this one again. So I'm gona savour
every last min of 2009...

inside. It's a vey small issue that is not worth brooding over and
spoiling the mood of today.

Punctuality is a virtue and it's always unfair to the ppl who abides
to it... Some people really dun feel the shame of letin ppl wait. Once
in a while I can understand but please for goodness sake. Not
everytime!!!

With the moon hung up in the dark velvety sky and love songs playin in
the background, I sat at the bow of the boat pondering about my life.

With the strong gusts of wind comin straight at me, they are like the
never-ending obstacles that occured to me. Nevertheless I had many
beautiful souls always in the vicinity to help me out. They are jus
like the alluring and familiar lightings coming from the Singapore
coastline, guiding us towards her.

Had a sudden influx of emotions inside me and i really appreciate such
moments where I can take a break and really enjoy the little things
around us.

Wat a fantastic way to spend the Friday night!

Obviously nov was a mundane month. Nothin worth mentioning in the
blog. Or.. I was jus too lazy... Hahas.

Hopefully I can really enjoy myself for the dec period n at the same
time get really prepared for the drivin test scheduled in Jan. Kinda
caught on matt's obsession wif abs, and tt had motivated mi to get
myself tone down. Was bulkin up n I kinda reached my desired weight.
So I guess it's the time for me to tone some muscles!!!

On the way to sher hse wif Dee n ml in the car. Wish mi luck..!!

Jus finishing watching this movie called The Ugly Truth. Very
interesting how the show depicts that females n male relationship.
Love as the show presented is irrelevant as guys n girls seek lust n
sex in a relationship. Tts jus the ugly truth bout relationship. But
of cos the end of the movie ended wif the couple realizing that their
relationship does hav the existAnce of love. Blah blah. The usual
happy endin. And of cos the male lead is a bad boy intially n thus
attracted the female lead attention.

So it made mi wonder y is tt girls like to go for the bad boys and
they get really infactuated wif them when they find out about the good
underlying qualities in them. I prob need more input bout this fallacy.

day... It's so amazin how huge the little things in ur life influence
ur mood... I'm deprived of sleep fr ystd P1 n yet the constant
yawnings haven dampen my mood to enjoy such a beautiful day..
Hopefully the day can end on a beautiful note n tt wuld b Manu Victory
over Liverpool tonight! Quoting fr giggs : I have huge amount of
respect for Liverpool but I dun deny the fact that I derive the most
pleasure from beating them.

Anyway... Had a funny incident at serene centre where A grp of
caucasians took off 20 pc nuggets tt belonged to doug... The cashier
made a mistake and we actually tried to chase them down. Had a fun
time gettin a laugh out of it wif jon n gang...!

On the way home in Doug car racin like mad...

im a greedy person...i cant seem to be satisfied with the things i've had...there is a list of things which i hope to do and the list seems never-ending...with factors affectin my advancement..factors like time, money and resources...

i wan to

• be a certified diver
• get my driver's licence (in progress)
• get steersman licence (in progress)
• wakeboarding
• learn kite-surfing
• do an official run this year (in progress)
• TRAVEL...!!!

gosh...dere are still more...but the above are prob the ones that i can accomplish in the near future...

my lil sister will be leavin soon to pursue her degree in uk and i really hope all the best for her and that she can really hav a helluv time dere and bring bac stories to tell us...this is also perhaps a good time for her to miss us and realise the importance of family..!!! hahas...

hmmmm....when is it gona be my turn...? i do crave for such chances to study abroad...that will greatly widen my sights...but it might b a uphill task...hahas...perhaps i should put it in my list too..LOLs...!

i din manage not to play poker...hahahs...! BUT i did spent some quality time with the e7 ppl...and i did keep up wif my joggin n swimmin regime...puttin my healthy lifestyle bac on track...

was damn shagged fr p1...still managed to go for my first drivin lesson todae...hopefully i will pass wif flyin colors on 7th january...

and i BOUGHT the last book of eragon's trilogy : Brisingr

will write a review when i m done wif it...was anticipatin this bk for so long...

iphone 3gs is still evadin me since i missed it's first release...i jus hope that it will serve mi well when i really managed to get it...

the motto for the nxt few months will be GO OUT with DIFFERENT PPL and every penny well spent...!!!

i've been FASTING...!!! hahas...since the start of this week...i've tried to fast wif my bunch of PCG colleagues (exception of drinkin...LOLs) the temptation to eat is pretty hard to resist...it all goes down to ur willpower i guess....

since transferring to CPS...numbers of swimmin n gym outings were greatly reduced...aim to bring the number bac...in addition to joggin at nite...hopefully keepin myself fit...

its really tough to find time to do all these exercises when ur work is based onboard a ship...misses life during SOMC...!!

its hard to stay healthy and enjoy at the same time...i cant stay away fr liquor...its hard...so i needa work extra hard to compensate the alcohol intake...smt gotta give!

i was tinkin whether i should replace the time to play poker during wkends to do other things....such as meetin up wif my e7 ppl n poly mates...exercises...or dates...perhaps time well spent? not sure about tt...will try it this wkend...not to play poker...HAHAS...see if i can resist the temptation...tts some test...WOOOO...

Fantastic book given to me as a birthday gift fr edith...this book explores alot of social phenomenons that were caused by this sociological effect termed, the tipping point.

it explained the diff phases of the tipping point, the factors that cause a certain phenomenon to tip and the special individuals among us responsible for it...

tipping point can be used to analyze fashion trends...it explains how a certain brand comes into fame in the society and the reasons for it...ever wonder how skinny jeans get so popular among the young singaporeans nowadays...? read the book!

the book showed many case scenarios not only in the present but oso the past...

the part that intrigued mi the most will hav to be the part on how the different types of individual in a society contributes to this tipping point....

it takes a few groups of individual to causes a phenomenon to tip...the book went in depth to describe these special individuals and it will allow u to discover ur impact in the society by identifyin urself to the diff groups...

this book is prob 8.5/10 for me....kept mi thinking for a long long time...!
